Kellian Kiron: Whatever it is, just get your blood flowing. Get your body moving. I like to take my dog for a walk right away. Pack some healthy snacks and a lunch.

Kellian Kiron: I like to chop up veggies. Pack some nuts, some fruit to make sure I have energy throughout the day.

On screen: A slide reading “#4 Take time for yourself” appears.

Kellian Kiron: Be sure to take time for yourself when you get home from work, from school, whatever it is that you're doing. I like to cuddle up with my dog on the couch, not look at my phone, make sure everything's off, and just have a few moments of calm and quiet.

On screen: A slide reading “#5 Make bedtime better” appears.

Kellian Kiron: Lastly, make bedtime better. I like to write out all my to-dos for the next day before I even start my bedtime routine. I turn my phone off, or at least silence it, about an hour before going to bed. And I try to go to bed at the same time every night. That's going to set me up to feel really good for the next day.

On screen: A slide recapping all 5 previously detailed steps appears — make over your wake up routine, get moving, pack healthy snacks and meals, take time for yourself and make bedtime better.

Kellian Kiron: All of these healthy habits set me up for success and feel strong and confident in running my business. And they're simple enough that you can implement them into your own day.
